2008 FREEDOM CHALLENGE Entering an event

1. complete the online entry form (Click here to call up the ENTRY FORM)
i. Make
sure that you fill in all the fields
(if there is something that you're not sure of write `Don't know' - the form will NOT submit unless all the
fields have something written in them).
ii. Make sure that the event that you indicate the event that you wish to enter
iii. Accept the indemnity (ie click Yes) iv. Hit the submit button (if you do not complete all the fields or accept the indemnity the form will not submit)
2. If you have problems completing the entry form:
3. You will receive a notification confirming that your entry has been recieved.
4. We will then notify by email you whether you have been povisionally allocated a place in your chosen event. 5. If you are not allocated a place you will automatically be placed on the waiting list
6. If you are allocated a place you must effect payment of your entry fee of within fourteen(14) days of being called upon to do so. 7. Should you fail to effect payment timeously you may automatically
forfeit your place.
8. If you've secured your place - get training.
