Yep all the interim stops will have lunch or something to eat.
If not using a re-hydrate I take CrampEase or CrampStop - one for every hour of riding, when drinking only water.
Snickers are excellent as a snack, but max 1 mini one every 2 hrs. I found I got sick of Mars/Bar-One and they melted.
Some kind of treat for each day - Amarula sounds interesting! Don't go overboardon the sweets/snaks, I found I got tired of eating after day 2.
I am planning to pack some All Bran fibre for my breakfasts, too much carbs is not great for the stomach - but I have never tried this before - so I hope it does not backfire.
